Welding Technology

As welding professional, we share our expertise in building welding technology skilled professionals with a wide range of teachings and practices, in TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA, as well as driven processes from manual to much recent and advanced welding technology including AI and robotics.

Strength Calculation

Any designed structure need to meet resistance expectation and safety. Therefore, we ensure that our trainees and to become skilled professional understand the importance of strength of material and are able to perform from basic to more advanced needed calculation in different project. We train in, steel structures, pressure vessel, piping. Our program include training competences in most know software in the files. We combine design by analysis and design by calculation to achieve result to the satisfaction of the project outcome.

Standards and Specifications

Standards and specification are guidance that provide relevant information for procedure and engineering good practice. So, me ensure that, CWA help in better understanding for the practice and information in standard and specification, in different aspect of the project.

Quality Assurances and Controls

Costumer oriented mindset is paramount in building a professional career, therefore me teach and promote, quality assurance and control knowhow. QA and QC are fundamental in the welding field, because and imperfection in the weld can lead to a major failure of the structure. To avoid, that unfortunate situation from happening, professionals are provident tools to implement QA/QC through their career..
